Ispro, I assume Chinese PC makers who assemble machines for export would be a different story as regards TPM and FDE? In other words if Sinosun was required in China, OK, Asus would have to use that for there Chinese user laptops, but the ones they make for Dell and HP would be built to Dell and HP specs using Dell and HP TPMs.
