I'll tell you another real shocker. I know of only one unsolicited pink sheet stock over the past 4 years that has ever amounted to much of anything. ABEW started out as a one legged pink,(is now OTCBB) but it had a very honest investment banker and they had a very good product area (wireless). Unfortunately, the investment banker died last year of cancer and he is no longer in the game.

There have been a handful of others that have been marginally succesful from time to time, but for the most part they do not work exactly for the reason that the MMs do not trade them for their own accounts and the spreads are often too wide. Any selling can open them up to the downside in a frightening fashion and this scares most little guys. They are most ceretainly on the way out.

The "Dirty 35" shut down by the SEC in April were all one legged pinks. There were plenty of companies out there where spam abuse had been greater than on some of the stocks chosen for suspensions that day, but it seemed fairly clear to me from examining the list that the SEC was sending a message to the venture capital guys to stop doing anything in the unsolicited pink sheet stock arena.

My best guess is that unless Terrell files a 15c-211 soon and turns this into a two sided stock, that it will eventually be suspended from trading and move down to the greys.
