runandadd, it probably has a lot to do with my business experience knowing that CEO's run their companies by delegating authority to people and most of the time they win. In this case Huff didnt win, he delegated to the wrong people.

No CEO makes every decision and generates every dollar a company creates and that is the point. He put out those PR's because he believed what he was being told and for that the employees threw him under the bus.

Aside from Vern and maybe a few others I have a lot of admiration for Tim Huff whose vision is alive and well today.

runandadd - I don't think it is so much letting him off the hook as it is putting blame where it belongs. I have no doubt that Tim Huff was decieved and probably at times flat out lied to.

Vern, on this board has proved he is a flat out liar. So, as far as Sanswire I was concerned I hold Vern largely responsible for that debacle, and have no doubt he flat out lied and decieved Huff as far as it was concerned.

Sanswire II, IMO, Jones was largely incompetent, (though much more competent than Vern), and whether intentionally or unintentionally, also misled Huff.

As far as Centerline is concerned it looks like Joe was less than honest with his handling of that whole fiasco, obviously leading to the SEC investigation.

I know there are other areas, but these 3 areas have contributed largely to the big losses this stock has had and are the reason we are here. What I blame Huff for is, one, hiring these bufoons and secondly, not having enough supervision over their activities and not really having a clue what the status of his company was.

As an inovator Huff was great, as a supervisor he gets an F in my book and IMO is why he is gone.

runandadd it is easy to believe your own BS. The best pitchmen are fully invested in their product. Huff was fully invested and he clearly was a very good pitchman. In the past I posted on the problme of Engineers reporting to Engineers. They almost never see the pitfalls ahead and do not forecast based upon that possiblility. Almost everyone in this postion has inserted Project Managers into the reporting structure so that realistic forecasts for time, money and resources are provided upward.

Egos are difficult in business and GlobeTel had their share of large ones.
