mookie, exactly, many have targeted the CC "failure" on the company when in fact is was certain individuals that should take most of the blame

It should also be noted that Raphael made it crystal clear that he's already enacted his plans to run this company with full transparency on all corporate governance issues!

To that end he further stated that this was part of the reason he immediately went out and secured the services of one of the big 4 because with all that he's building...he wanted a full financial audit done from the get go & plans on running this as if it were a fully reporting NAZ! But he said due to the thoroughness of such an audit...he's been told it will probably take another 3 to 4 weeks to complete!

He also said that the reason his name & contact info is at the bottom of the PR's is so anyone & everyone who wants to...can contact him directly anytime(he just asked that they did so via his email address due to how busy he is these days) & he will gladly respond to any additional questions they may have.
