Vern..Just for an example. Regarding GTEM. Could it be that the last funding of $750,000 that we know about, went entirely to fund the JV in Mexico, thus allowing the public and SEC required announcement to be fulfilled in entirety? As, both announcements occurred in that same window of time?

Do you not find it strange, that employees supposedly not being paid would put up monies to make a JV happen, out of the goodness of their hearts to see it go forward...without some commensurate insurance of reward?..not mentioned.

I don't see Sr. Joe M as one of the most rewarded prior executives, self-listing himself as a contributor to the venture funding...why not?

I do see Joe M as hounding new management for a meal ticket.
