lol been there and done that 3 times so far. each time someone from the company has gone to jail or is currently headed there. we even got the lawyer from the company disbarred and indicted too LOL

They won't cost me a penny. I went to law school and can defend myself easily and file all the motions I need to file. But they will cost PNMS. I would suppose PNMS would have to sell a lot of stock to pay for the case.

The benefit for the PNMS shareholders? Once we go through discovery and the company's real books and banking records, none of it will be a big "classified" secret any longer.
