k9 I think the business plan was great, the magazine was slick a nice new surf shop opened up I know Jim loved what he was doing but why hurt us shareholders who supported his dreams, I am pissed but I guess what hurts the most I for one like many others believed in Jim, he served his country had a dream and seemed to have a clear vision and now were stuck with the crook ASSTROM.

I'd still have dreams if I was Jimbo too. Big dreams financed by big $$$ he made by dumping hundreds of millions of shares.

Everyone thinks Asstrom is the bad guy here. Asstrom just did what he does.....made money and plenty of it. It's a crappy way to make a buck, but obviously it works for him.

Surfer Boy knew exactly what was going on.

"No current plans to raise the OS" Of course not because his full intention was always to bail once he maxed it out and sold the last of the shares. Strange coincidence that Jim's sudden departure just happened to be timed with the absolute max of the OS....no?
