#1296 RE: stockasaurus rex #1292

And you don't think PSPJ is a scam? The only person with a smile is Kyle. Read the 31MAR07 10QSB. $6,276 in cash. $1,806,942 in liabilities. $5,968,186 accumulated decifit. A $58,000 investment (Dream Apartments) that "has not launched any programing to date". All that from a 400 square foot "office".

According to the above mentioned 10QSB, "there is substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern". It also says they may utilize capital stock and debt to generate capital ( dilution). "This may significantly reduce the equity of our stockholders".

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. You think .61 cents a share is justified? The O/S is 72% of the A/S so I guess they have room for some more dilution. What will that do for the SP? Will Larry, Kyle, and Cherish be selling shares?

I think it is a scam based on my DD so far.

Now can I be a Super Hero? Please note that I refuse to wear tights and a codpiece.

And by the way, all the scams you claim to have called were called long, long ago by real Super Heros like janice shell.
