LOL! Now PNMS is trying to get everyone to turn over all their cash to them so they can get a home (but the foundation owns it). This sound like some form of socialism. You don't own the asset, but the communal system does. You just get to live in a house that you paid for with your own cash but do not own. This is absolutely nuts unless you like communism.

Actually in a conversation I had with MT a while back he was explainiung the same thing to me except it is a little different than your version so somethings may have gotten lost in the translations. If you have cash assets in your PDR account the foundation will buy you your new house and issue you a PDR for that house with your cash assets. The PDR is the underlying backing for the house and it is what you purchased with the cash. You do not own the house. You are only staying in an asset owned by the Fundation. All you own is the PDR backing the asset. That is how it was explained to me.
