Jay wouldn't dare even to think about Cornell. The mafia, yes, Cornell, no. I'm still waiting for MOBL (or whatever it is, Im not quite sure what to call it) to come out with some good spin on this deal.
The price for financing is high however had the original business plan worked according to plan things could have been significantly better. This is a new day and a new play consider this like a ipo with no debt MOBL is in much better straits to navigate the telecom sector via Gobility and Kite. It's also an OTC filer which makes it an attractive takeover target. Perhaps now Jay can leverage a better merger or acquisition. With Tempe as a model this could very well be of great appeal to cash rich companies like GOOG and AAPL. Both obviously have a vested interest already and both are in direct competition and now with AAPL in bed with ATT and of course the bed is still warm from Sprint!!!!!!! Rather than going on a buying binge as b4 perhaps we should wait for the offers this time! Me likey!
