OH. That's not quite the same thing as saying "The conversion to common stock will give CB control of the company."

That's old news. Try calling him, like I did.

"Shares locke up from selling does not take away the right to vote."

That's an assumption. His 144 shares may or may not have full voting rights. Just a little detail that needs to be verified - as so many details do.
