The releasing of the financials is not about the numbers, but about the end of the SEC investigation.

IMO, GTEM will not release financials until then, and at that point, the signal is: CASE CLOSED.

I don't think the financials will be viewed as "positive". But I do think that the "negatives" have already been factored in to the current SP. However, only when they are released will I (and everyone else) know that that's the case. If so, I then think that this positive news today will have a base to gain traction for additional investment dollars (mine included).
