-10% owned by Sub-Surface Waste Mgmt, a subsidiary of Microbics Company.

The following are individual postings from Winsted and Microbics concerning a letter of interest and a letter of intent. As you read the articles, please notice the dates on them and the information provided above. Microbics has stated that they wish to not mention the company of interest and they wish to complete this transaction by September 30th.
