Packet 8 should achieve positive cash flow this fiscal year. It's history is similar to WAVE from the perspective of being a "stealth" company. Their revenue growth has nearly doubled the last three years, but I like them because they hold a number of patents and their technology is now embedded on Intel motherboards.

So my conclusion is that there are probably some real gems on that list including WAVE Systems.
