#8627 RE: SPIN #8625

the truth of the matter is that i have tried to be especially conscious of asking nicely, in the past, to keep it related to the company. i read the board probably about once a day, and i frankly never read anything that is of any value or importance, other than reading people talking crap about how bad the company is, or how you hate the ceo, or whatever. its the same thing, recycled over and over and over again. everybody knows your opinion on this matter, as well as the other 4-5 people. The last message is the first thing in several weeks that i have heard from you that made a bit of sense, although i disagree with you. If you feel strongly enough about these issues, then the forum should not be related to how much you hate the management, but more to organizing ways to convey our message in a intelligent and congent manner. We as shareholders, obviously, have the ability to raise these arguements as we see fit via vote. although we will probably always lose, our opinions will be heard. My point in this issue is not to "pump" up the share price, or eliminate debate or stifle opposition; but to move on from the same rhetoric that has been the mainstay of this board for several months now. You are correct, that i do not have insider knowledge of their business or conspiracies to hire friends of the family. What i do know, is that, hopefully, like you, i have a significant amount of money invested into this stock; and i am going to look after it, just like all of you folks. With that said; and in response to another posters comments in regards to sentiment; it may be true that investor sentiment may not affect a stock like google or intel or ge, but when you are talking about an average of 72k shares being traded, representing only $4,300 of equity... people saying unsubstantiated rumors or unisightful garbage about managements choices, it can easily affect the share price; hence why they don't allow shorting on penny stocks...
