Drumbah: if you're looking for upscale shoes - like some Allen Edmonds, Guccis, or Bruo Maglis - check out Presidio Bowl in San Francisco about an hour after the Pacific Stock Exchange closes (it closes at 2:30PM, I bleeve).

There used to be a place South of Market that was a combined bowling alley and music house - you could listen to live bands while bowling a few lines. I bleeve they still have the Brainwash, which is/was a combined laundromat and music stage - so you could wash your clothes while you listened to live bands.

Or, if you're a bit more adventuresome, there used to be a place many years ago in SF that offered periodic evenings of nude bowling - usually accompanied by many folks dropping acid or E or whatever. I don't know if that was a on league nights or open bowling.

I think since the LOCH/CDEx bagholders have all lost the shirts off their backs, the nude bowling would be the best idea for them. Maybe that is the GAMEPLAN for the BIG VEGAS PARTY.......

Xenophon... My Uncle owns a bowling alley up in Idaho. Family run with his wife and kids. My Mother went up to visit him just recently. Do you know that they get their bowling shoes for around $7.00 to $10.00 wholesale and get a 1000 times usage on them before they are worn down...When I heard that I couldn't believe it. Now that's a return on your money..
