#81865 RE: trunkmonk #81861

I can't help but think that the breach of contract GTEM alleges has something to do with this line in the agreement.

GlobeTel, using its reasonable commercial discretion, may reject any sale by Altvater that it is directly competitive to a proposal already submitted to a customer or potential customer of GlobeTel.

Everyone recall that the CWID line up that had Trimax listed? When was that released? I'm willing to wager that payments to Trimax stopped shortly after that. Especially how it changed to Globetel with Globtel doing the presentation.

refer back to this post for a timeline.

Now here's another curious ramblings that should be food for thought.

Why would Uli and Trimax threaten to sue for so much? From what everyone says GTEM barely has 2 nickels they can rub together. Lynch should have a good idea, so should Altavter.

Why the full court press including leaking legal letters among other things to willing sympathetic thrid parties?

If Globetel did stop paying Trimax in May, why almost 3 months later a lawsuit?

Why almost let almost 3 months pass to get the equipment? To punctuate riding itself of Trimax and any claims Uli may have?

Why wouldn't Trimax have filed some kind of suit, after they say Globtel defaulted? Is the 150% of $450.000 not important, that's what I think was left of the contract?

Could it be Trimax held out hope of getting their fingers in a piece of the pie?

The CWID trials went well from what was reported, could they have gone well enough to have participated what we see playing out?

Guess time will tell. Keep in mind that Globetel, may not be exactly how one would believe it to be.
