Weird, I was thinking something similar last night. that is the way it looks to me too. But, I do see it as a big positive for us.

On Alien's radar... an apology from strawman for 3:30 am post if you are implying SMMW dead cause of name/symbol change.

I can categorically state I do not read past the lines at what people are potentially saying when I'm up with baby at 3:30 in the morning. NO EXCUSES, NO EXCUSES!!... (although I think it's a decent one)

1) Name Change, What happened??? I thought they changed their name from Prime Rate Investors Inc already!!!

2) Symbol Change, That was changed from PRRM to SMMW with the name change!!!

3) Reverse Merger, What kind of hidden reverse split will go along with this deal??? My guess: At least 1000 to 1, The good thing is there will be a bid for a short time till it falls back to .0001!!!

Bottom line, They can run but they cannot hide their bogus share dumping past!!!
