Mide, in the very least I think we can expect some significant developments in the nest few weeks. It begs the question; is this horse going to the racetrack....or the glue factory?

It appears that things will be spinning out of control soon. It is all so very confusing, I don't know where to start, except at the beginning, for now. By the beginning, I mean when Globetel first started working with Uli, is probably where all the most important information is, leading up to the acquisition of Hotzone. A most peculiar business relationship exists/existed between Huff and Uli, as well as Uli and Lynch, with these "loans", the Russian deal, the meeting of "previously undefined milestones". Seems Huff trusted and/or likes Uli a little too much and maybe vice versa. Or was there blackmail on somebody's part? These individuals(especially Huff) are also the ones that I believe the SEC will come down hard on.

And this letter is just the appetizer. I expect Trimax's countersuit to be loaded with dynamite. This was just the sneak preview. Stay tuned...

A couple other observations,

1) How many employees does gtem have? Please all of the bleckmen insiders (koolaide drinkers) fill me in, if you can.
1a) How well does a virtual office work? (do they by the hour?)
2) With this company in the three years I have followed it, where there is smoke there is fire, (unless I go long, then I guess, where there is smoke there is mirrors)

3) Haven't heard a third party varifiable witness to the stratelite in how long?????? (even though we were lead to beleive it was'nt a problem to test way back in July 2006).
p.s. watch a little discovery or history channel and find that what Sanswire is atemptng to do in all reality was done in the early 1900's (thus Vern has more cred' than some wanna give).

4) If GTEM is such a good deal. Why such low trading volume when what one would think is a bargin?

5) Mexico? (Seems like a Huff pay back to me), (he was close to them before the GTE "mess")) Yes there are some real rich people in Mexico, but there are 10,000 fold the amount of poeple riding the tightrope of severe poverty.
5a) This is depending on tech from a guy who they are suing months after coming to a "GREAT" agreegment too? (arn't 8k's great a getting a look into the warped minds the greedy)

Follow this logic:

Globetel offers Uli 2 million post-split shares + cash for Hotzone.

Some "performance clauses" are set by former management for installment payment of said shares to Uli.

Uli doesn't deliver on any of them.

Fast forward to K-Men house cleaning.....of which the beginning of the final stage was initiated with the TriMax contract between Uli and Globetel that contained real performance clauses.

Uli doesn't deliver....AGAIN.

Only this time, K-men can end the relationship and guarantee the Hotzone technology remains with the Company.
