It's done all the time. Heck Golden Eagle even had theirs taken away from them because a "bigger" company wanted it for the Naz. They had MINE for years, then MiningCo.com came along and wanted it....they got it and NASD changed GE to MYNG.
The joke ended up being on MiningCo.com...they went POOF!
