It will be a new symbol assigned to it. Most likely they will get IBIZ which is not being used and was theirs before the R/S when it was changed to IBZT.

I know companies that have done forward splits, and been shocked as heck to find out that they are getting a new symbol...they just hope it's something that makes sense.
