Bruce, so you are saying that everytime CD holders exercise they add to float and o/s? I thought that when they sell they add to float but o/s remains the same? I am a novice on this subject. Thanks for the help.
Made a nice profit on the run on IBZT. Sold the last trading position at .042 from the .03 dip. The conversions and the raising of new capitol are going to kill the stock. Becareful guys, this could end up under .02. I don't care how great the VKB is, this kind of dilution is terminal for the stock.
