yes, they normally would show on the Daily, with the note that they will not be traded ex.

can't give you an answer to that jim, don't follow restricted spinoffs and usually sell the stock (if I own it) so I don't get the restricted shares, but still get the info from daily list. I would think if pr is right it will show on the list sometime before 8/1
