Old webdesigner for UPZS (pittsburghdesigns.com) told me about the company going public. Even though its been awhile since having tried there product, I still found reason to invest. After doing my research on UPZS I have found that Fidler was a very good reason to invest in this company and take a risk.

How much longer should it take for FIDLER to "become" active?

Just because Mr. Fidler has experience as a floor trader at the London Stock Exchange does not prequalify him as a genius in moving UPZS forward, IMHO!

Besides, what other "many stock markets" besides the London Stock Exchange could the PR be referring to?

With Mr. Fidler's 50 plus years of experience, I'm supposing he's about 71 years old or more, so it appears to me that perhaps he is only a Board Member now for the salary it brings him, since it is apparent that he hasn't done THING ONE to grow this company in spite of his resume.

Restaurants International LLC (which is ACTIVELY opening "corporate stores" in various high profile areas) ??????????????????????

I don't see AT ALL how Mr. Fidler has helpled UPZS to date.

Why is it that all I can envision is a bunch of people who love NASCAR still sitting around hoping that they can get Unique Pizza and Subs to become synonymous with PIZZA HUT????
