Mr. Robert Fidler ‘Partners’ with Unique Pizza and Subs® re Franchise
Development. A significant event for us was that Bob Fidler was introduced to Jim
and UPZS last summer. They both immediately gained mutual respect for each other.
Mr. Fidler started his career working as a Floor Trader for many stock markets
including the London Stock Exchange, which has helped to cultivate his success as an
Investor. He is actively developing Unique Pizza and Subs® locations on the West
Coast, Las Vegas and Hawaii. We formed a Partnership with Bob called Restaurants
International, LLC which is actively opening ‘Corporate Stores’ in various high
profile areas as indicated in the Franchise section above. Mr. Fidler offers a wealth of
strategic and operational knowledge that is a strong asset for UPZS. Bob is now a key
member of our Board of Directors. Other BOD members as well as the UPZS
Management Team often depend on accessing Bob’s depth of knowledge in strategic
marketing and investments as well as to utilize his 50+ years of experience in the
owning and operation of franchised restaurants. He will be invaluable to all of us in
keeping UPZS moving forward to achieve our Corporate goals. Mr. Fidler also
leverages an extensive network of industry contact, management expertise and smart
acquisitions to help expand the market for Unique Pizza and Subs® quality products to
achieve rapid asset growth, strong market interest and shareholder value. Bob has
been a long-time extremely successful market investor and will make complete use of
that expertise to elevate the value of UPZS, while keeping the shareholder’s best
interests in mind. We are extremely pleased and excited to be partnering with Bob
