with all due respect, and I am saying with all due respect here in my reply,

It is my observation here that the risk meter does not apply to flatlined and dead stocks.

If you can find an example of a flatlined dead stock that has a rising risk rating please enlighten us all.

The same applies to technical analysis.
Anyone care to explain why nothing happened on our dear SMMW golden cross?

It is because SMMW is a dead stock, all we are waiting on is the SEC death certificate. Nothing is going to happen because SMMW is a certified dead stock.
