Voting on something as improtant as this without all of the facts as to the true reserves and operations of the company is just plain wrong. We are being asked to amke an uninformed decision. The fact that JC says they may not release information until after the vote tell us they already have all the info rady for release. IMo some small town lawyer in TX is sitting back hopeing to defend a big lawsuite. He will get paid a lot win or lose. JMO

i think a true fact is that CB doesnt realise that by NOT giving us info we have banded together on this board without influence from the company. the "PR" sent out everyday by posters on this board has made the outcome of the RS in jeopardy.

since we have been left in the dark for so long we have come to many un-proven conclusions. that is a bad situation for any company.

besides losing trust/faith in mgmt/amep the body of shareholders has been void of any official findings from the company. CB & JC think this is an advantage but from the posts so far i see 90% votes against the RS. whether good or bad for amep we wouldnt know because being in the dark cuts both ways, were uninformed and amep is seen as untrustworthy.

either way this turns out we will probably make money, but, we will have to flood these guys with the demand of a change of action towards the shareholders.
