Edited: Risk - see #1 through #7 - lots of potential:

1) Restated financials as previously pr'd due out soon and the company aims to have up-to-date financials by August.

2) Mexican JV continues with Hotzone manufacturing done either in house or by others than Uli.

3) Strat development continues, both SanswireII and SkySat.

4) CWID trial assessments due out in the Fall.

5) Trident trials for Hotzone & airships capabilities in 2008.

6) According to AnyWhereCaller an improved calling platform is being developed by GlobeTel.

7) VozBrasil and VPN #'s should be included in the updated financials.

6) We await the end of the SEC investigation, but with up-to-date financials and restatements, it appears to be nearing an end.

P.S. Grashelm, I see you provide no links or proof whatsoever for your typical totally negative opinions.

"isn't what is happening in mexico a reality" I guess that would depend on what you consider reality but there is a JV signed that created an entity called No Mas Cables.

The strat is in trouble as the LAWA filed a complaint against sanswire to evict them from the hanger because of unpaid rent since November of '06, that mess is still pending at this point.

"potential we once had" ? Man I'm sorry I didn't know there was ever any potential so I can't answer that one to your satisfaction.

"regaining any of what we once were.." Well, honestly it's not changed. Globetel is exactly as it once was and has always been minus the over inflated share price of course.

There is always hope as long as the company survives. Look at what this wireless company has done in the last 3 months. It ain't over til its over.

Highly unlikely, in my opinion.

"do we have any hope of regaining any of what we once were"

By the way, what was GTEM once? Seriously, what have they ever done?
