Our room is called "The CMKX Shareholders Academy" fka Sterlings.

As for David Jmars story about the closet.... I am not sure and would direct this to David himself, but if I were to guess I would say he told us the story( first time I heard it personally anyway) about two years ago, and I guess it must have happened sometime between 2001-2003. Just a guess though, do not count it as fact please.
