Cole, I only have five ignores or I would have you on ignore. I never said a company cannot report the operating activities of a JV and there is no law preventing it. It simply isn't appropriate for any parent to report as the JV is a separate entity with a separate board and management.
Like it or not that is how JV's work. We will know when the financials are released so until then all your negative speculation is simply that, speculation.
I would say its a law of survival, why would they give information about a developing market to someone who, may be the competition, and love to get down there while the market is wide open. give need to know information only, really comes down to intelligence vs arrogance.
