I talked to Dillon last week.He said they were all selling shares to fund the company until financing comes through. He also said Copeland was next. This was a big sale, but he still has a ton of restricted shares. That being said I am ready for some news.
and on 2/23/2007 scottrade says 2,000 shares traded that day but sherman disposed of 104,510 shares for $104.51 but on the sec filing type 4 it says she sold it for 0 nothing?
just keep peeling off the layers and we will see the beauty of the management team. these guys are working to the shareholder best interest. it seems so non-conventional no real indication of greed on behalf of management just survival mode until the funding arrives. the reason imo that they have not jumped on prior offers is CONTROL of the company. current management wants to make the proper moves to secure their future as well as loyal investors. enough of the soap box, goodnight bitman
07/11/2007 43,200 07/12/2007 45,300 07/13/2007 34,600 07/16/2007 13,200 The volume for July 13th was only 34,600 That is why on form4oracle.com the sale is not listed as a "market sale". It is noted as just a "sale"
