just keep peeling off the layers and we will see the beauty of the management team. these guys are working to the shareholder best interest. it seems so non-conventional no real indication of greed on behalf of management just survival mode until the funding arrives. the reason imo that they have not jumped on prior offers is CONTROL of the company. current management wants to make the proper moves to secure their future as well as loyal investors.
