That's assuming the whole JB story holds water - I'm not convinced yet.

Any selling - of any of the AS of 500 million shares - would bring an end to any "control" - if any ever existed.

And I am not convinced that there will be any immediate control, especially given what the company has told shareholders about the conversion period of 8 years...
