That said, that add on sentence I cited is very difficult to interpret as indicating that there was a contract with any other agency. It seems to be pointing out the Plant still wasn't telling the truth about having a contract.

If you're right, it will be very interesting when it comes to trial. If I'm right, there is no way Plant can wiggle out of anything the government charges.

Apparently I don't understand how hard it is for the FBI to say Cyberkey never had a government contract or any contract for 24.5M and never did....... they just emphatically contend that it was not with DHS.

Plant said the contract was with the DHS that's why the government said that no contract existed with the DHS. If Jim had said the contract was with XYZ corp. then the government would have said no contract with XYZ corp. existed. The important facts are Jim has no contract with anyone. Anyone that Jim has lied and said he had a contract with them, they denied it and Jim is in trouble for it.

Yes, you're totally wrong and completely off base on this.

You're faulting the FBI, SEC and Federal courts and supporting a two bit pinksheet scammer that lied about everything that ever came out of his mouth. He wasn't even good at it. Other pennystock scammers get slapped, Plant got indicted. The guy's the complete moron that most of us thought he was. You're defending a high school graduate that made his living from sales (aka deception for cash).

Personally, I hope that he not only loses his family (which is now a given), but he forfeits all the home improvement crap he did on shareholders backs. The end ruling will send him to prison, make him pay back money he doesn't have, and then pay child support. Plant is about as screwed as anyone could possibly be. I just can't wait for him to be in the fed pen. What he did was totally not right. His justice is coming and he blew his life on greed. What a dummy.
