Apparently I don't understand how hard it is for the FBI to say Cyberkey never had a government contract or any contract for 24.5M and never did....... they just emphatically contend that it was not with DHS.
Appearances can be deceiving, this is why I maintain that the government really doesn't know or they would not put out cryptic PR's. If they did have solid evidence then you and I would be on the same page and by us not being on that page the FBI has botched it. The investigators and press did a better job of convincing the world that OJ and MJ were guilty before they were both found innocent, miscarriage of justice? Maybe but they walked….totally free.
Picture you and me on this jury.....end result based on what is given out so far, hung. If this is the evidence up to this point then the FBI has nothing but a smoking gun, a Ruth story of evidence, her confession that they tampered with to make it fit to Plant. I could play several scenarios off that statement and the defense only needs one to deviate from the true story to create reasonable doubt and a hung jury.
Pick up the phone, call the FBI and say thanks again guys.....first thanks for dragging your feet in getting into this case over a year from it’s start and two for botching it when you did!
I may be totally wrong and totally off base but the FACT remains is the only real and hard evidence so far that you and I bout have, it's the Ruth story.........
