what a great close for MAUG

I didn't even research it before deciding to buy this stock

i got the email alert and just saw that it was from Investwise and tried to hurry up and fill my order

so what's the situation here?

I know this is sort of off topic Investwise, I have been researching this stock,KWGI(Ku Wang Holding Inc.). This issue does not meet your price criteria for this board, but with a 1.1M float and only 50M authorized and issued, it's way undervalued at $1.01

Consider the following with the float:

1. 2006 sales reaching $80M with net income over 30%
2. they are about to prepare audited financials in the next 60-
90 days(from their May 23, 2007 PR they announce their intentions to move to a higher stock exchange
3. Currently operating 70 retail stores with revenues of over $80M with net income of $26M (this was for year 2006) and they have their own manufacturing plant
4. acquisition of Hunan Golden Dragon Stores(operates 35 retail stores and 2006 revenues of $54M)
5. The company is projecting for 2007 revenues of $150M and net income of $45M

Investwise, If you can give me your true opinion on this stock, it would be greatly appreciated

I took a position on this stock today, but I bought it higher than the closing price of $1.01, but still feel good about it

GSIEF...just a hunch..but why not...the 10QSB 7/16/2007 was filed today. signed and dated for friday. Hence. progress is being made.

If the hold up was on the CMHS end to get the funds to pay for the filing and outstanding debt that could have happened last wednesday. Now they have filed the 10QSB and next my guess is that we see an amendment stating that CMHS owners have paid off outstanding debt and plan on doing a R/S and R/M.

If that is filed by tomorow or filed today and uploaded tomorrow (not sure what delay the edgar system has) things should get moving pretty quick. My guess is the ball is in motion and we see things start to move. Maybe even a PR from GSi once the filing occurs.

Any way just some thoughts. I realise it got quiet here for about a week and we were all wondering what the hold up was and why CMHS was taking so long ect. Now we have action and the ball should start moving.

I’m going on vacation here for three weeks as some of you already know. Just in case anyone comes looking for me (ya, right). Im still alive just out on the road with the family.
