GSIEF...just a hunch..but why not...the 10QSB 7/16/2007 was filed today. signed and dated for friday. Hence. progress is being made.

If the hold up was on the CMHS end to get the funds to pay for the filing and outstanding debt that could have happened last wednesday. Now they have filed the 10QSB and next my guess is that we see an amendment stating that CMHS owners have paid off outstanding debt and plan on doing a R/S and R/M.

If that is filed by tomorow or filed today and uploaded tomorrow (not sure what delay the edgar system has) things should get moving pretty quick. My guess is the ball is in motion and we see things start to move. Maybe even a PR from GSi once the filing occurs.

Any way just some thoughts. I realise it got quiet here for about a week and we were all wondering what the hold up was and why CMHS was taking so long ect. Now we have action and the ball should start moving.
