I've been in IDCC for 7 years now and have been waiting for the rocket ship launch. The one hope I have for a tier 1 licensee is that mgmt a year ago exchanged their options shares and exteneded the date till Jan 15, 2008. For them to get their shares they have a stated goal of 50% of the 3G market. Right now IDCC has around 30-35% share. They need to sing a few more big tier 2 licensees this year or one tier 1 in order to hit that goal. I have to believe when they want to achieve that goal and this option date puts a timetable on them. We got 6 months to find out.
