I think Smith gets it wrong on this gag order. Shareholder or not shareholder should have access to the share count. WHY? because someone who is currently not shareholder and wanting to DD, they can DD more accurately if they have OS information.

I hope someone talk some sense into Mr. Smith's head. This is not a national security type of information. This is a basic information the investment community should have access to. Yes, I am awared that WHKA is a pink, still... by keeping it quiet, that gives more weapons to the crooks to take price down because investors are being kept in the dark. Maybe that is what Mr. Smith want?
