just talked with Charity from the T/A...apparently Smith has put a gag on her with respect to answering questions about the O/S; Smith requested all questions for info be run by him first, since people who were not shareholders were calling for this info.

she told me she forwarded the name and email of whoever requested the O/S numbers to Smith, but she has not heard from him.

she admitted that she used to give it out right over the phone, but now she must honor rick's request.

must she, though? isn't it public info even for those not holding any shares?
