The company did state that their are 400 odd shareholders of record in their public filings. In any event, it must be in the company's roster and this roster can be used to verify the validity of votes cast.

That's a fine question, shadow, and I don't know the answer.

I'm not sure if the number of shareholders figure is tied to accounts or persons (i.e a social security number...).
