Put that in an 8-K and I might believe it. Right now I simply don't buy it.

"The questions include Effective Control Trucking's plan for financing. At this juncture we have not finalized any financing deals. Our contract flow is rather large and the margins should allow us to grow without any large capital investment. Our company is not going to raise capital through any dilutive vehicles. If and when we choose to fund the company we will use Regulation 144 stock."
