Thank you gdubya. Of most concern for me remains the possibility of a "coup" of sorts that places this company under the control of Halee rather than the other way round. Having seen some rather unscrupulous dealings in the past that somehow escaped the regulators (usually on the basis of voting blocks in a quorum that does not represent all shareholders equally) the dangerous or foolhardy to us, may seem very possible for others. I too, have taken a gamble and hope that your confidence is well founded. The lack of information remains the biggest headache. The mailouts are promised for today. Let's see if they can meet this deadline, given that it has already been altered once. All the best. I don't wish for bad news, just worry about the possibility.
