Today and Monday are important days. The AGM material has to be mailed out immediately and the 20F is due to be filed today or, at the latest, on Monday if they plan to adhere to the requirements of the Late Filing Notice.
My sense of concern increases as the communication vacuum continues. When the company and, most importantly, Mr. Wu, the President, fail to communicate any information and fail to respond to requests for information you have to assume and expect the worst.
If the company cannot produce an annual report on time and file it, this is evidence that management's working relationship with its auditing firm needs to be improved or changed. It calls our attention and concern as to what other problems may exist within the business and management that we are not aware of.
I am very surprised and disappointed with the results to date and I am hoping that we will receive a positive and full disclosure in the next week or two.
