Your candicacy is very appreciated here.

Too many investors here seem to believe in UPZS in spite of themselves.

It's really sort of sad to see it happen, but nonetheless they still believe all the while knowing that things aren't going well.

If these pizza shops cannot survive in PA then why would they survive anywhere else.

That's a good question... I've spoken with Jims X boss of the Wilkins Twp Fox Pizza store he managed in the 90's and running a local store or two might not be JVs forte... so I wouldn't put much "stock" in the local Pittsburgh Stores that truthfully have very little resemblance to the new franchised locations ie Mooresville/Covina stores... HOWEVER, the operation beyond W. Pa. is what's going to ultimately tell the tale isn't it and I do think JV is a big enough dreamer with just enough luck and interested recruits who just may pull this off... in spite of himself....

Deep down I don't think any of us here would be shocked to get a PR saying "Unique signs with Ohio Turnpike for 27 stores" or "Michigan group signs for 12 stores"... for all the crap I don't think it would be shocking... IMO
