Lets just hope these other franchisee's can pull it off because it seems there have been more closings in PA then there have been openings in the past few years.

Yeah, this definitely could happen. It wouldn't really surprise me, there's a lot of money chasing things right now, why not pizza? The issue at hand is if these franchisees are making an adequate return. I know Milwaukee is not even close, though business is good.

Also, what happens to the distribution agreements when volumes aren't hit? There are definitely provisions that can change pricing structures and the like.

JV diluted the crap out of us, so it is literally going to take 100's of stores to get this market cap up to where most of us are happy. It wasn't this bad when they went public. Since then he's turned into a stockbroker and doubled the amount of Shares Outstanding - never a good thing. If JV isn't right, the business will definitely be in trouble. I don't think he listens to anybody but himself personally...

IMO
