Marketmaker, there is a lot of confusion right now and there is no one in North America who can provide any answers.
Wu has called an AGM for August 7 in Calgary. He is returning to North America next week and I'm told will remain here until the meeting date.
There are plans being made to schedule a meeting with Wu next week upon his arrival from China where some of the major shareholders will have an opportunity to sit down with him and get the full up to date story on Transakt. I am planning to attend that meeting if at all possible.
It would be unthinkable and probably dangerous for Wu to carry out some corporate manoeuvre which would in any way jeopardize the position or rights of the public company shareholders. However, having said that, this is the penny stock market and the individual investors are more often than not the victims of ruthless insiders.
I have bet heavily that Wu will make the shares of Transakt a good investment. We will all find out much more information in the coming week when Wu returns, the 20F is finally filed and the AGM material is mailed.
