It truly is unfortunate that the people discussing that specific lawyer this weekend did not bring it up over the past few days until it passed their self-imposed deadline of today. I read several people who were willing to support this effort. I think they wanted more information. It wasnt provided. I look forward to discovering the identity of this lawyer. Shareholders should get involved anyway they can if they have a chance. If the shareholders are not going to sue for fraud they should attempt creditor status. I have seen poor use of your resources and time. I have also read some posts on the Ragingbull that dont seem to fit other posts here. This weekend I read posts that establish the times of communication between Paul and shareholders. Yet I have not seen an affidavit supporting Rodrigo by any shareholder. Perhaps I will see it this week. I thought I saw a promise to draft this affidavit. Perhaps I read it wrong again. Replevin
