You tell Ivankov "its all in writing!"....but you do not tell Ivankov who wrote it and how you can prove that. I did read posts on another board that suggests you can prove that someone supported and "lent credibility" to these press releases at least. Thats important. As you say, this caused you to also lend credibility in public posts. In case Paul and Rodrigo pointed the finger at one another. "no, he was in charge. He wrote them. I stepped down." His word against his word. Officers and non-officers. Perhaps confusing.
But, someone who said they talked frequently to Paul could draft a declaration in support of Rodrigo's allegations. Perhaps that would finish it off and clear it all up. I havent seen that declaration in the last year. People are talking about everything but the main action that could clean it up and support Rodrigo. Replevin
