Because the only way to get PINPOINT is from Guardian and with their patents the gov. can demand Pinpoint and not piss off the big boys . They will be forced to create a new type of X-RAY scanner and not the more expensive CAT scanners that GE and SMITHS want to sell . The new versions of Pinpoint are portable to all types of scanners .They don't make scanners so everybody can add Pinpoint . Maybe I'm all wet and the gov. doesn't do anything . With Russia and the EU , GDTI will be just fine even on the medical side no FDA .
